"Blitz Twister Cup" Tournament Regulations

1. General Provisions

The rules and regulations set forth in this document govern the order of the "Blitz Twister Cup" Tournament on mobile devices and tablets, held via the "World of Tanks Blitz" game client, and are the official rules for the Tournament among users of the game registered in "Russia", “Europe, “North America, and ”Asia” regions (hereinafter, “Gaming Region”). This Tournament does not pursue the goal of making a profit or generating any other revenue by the Tournament Organizer and is conducted without charging monetary or other fees.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1.General Concepts and Definitions

2.1.1. The Game—mobile massively multiplayer online game "World of Tanks Blitz".

2.1.2. License Agreement—an agreement governing the relationship between the Game users and the Organizers of the Tournament in the part of licensing the use of the Game for personal purposes and found at the following link:

2.1.3. The Organizer of the Tournament or the Organizer—Wargaming Group Limited, legal address: 105, Agion Omologiton Avenue, Nicosia 1080, Cyprus. For the purpose of organizing and conducting the Offline stage of the Tournament, the Organizer has the right to engage third parties.

2.1.4. Rules—the provisions set forth in this document governing the holding of the Tournament titled "Blitz Twister Cup" and the License Agreement.

2.1.5. Tournament—a competition titled "Blitz Twister Cup", held by the Organizer among Teams on mobile devices and tablets using the "World of Tanks Blitz" game client under the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules. The Tournament consists of two stages: the Online Stage (First Group Stage, Second Group Stage, Online Finals), and the Offline stage (Finals).

2.1.6. Game Forum—the official forum, where users can communicate with Players and Organizers and discuss Game-related topics:

2.2. Special Concepts and Definitions:

2.2.1. Battle—a confrontation of Teams on one of the game maps from the official list of Tournament maps, the purpose of which is to capture the base or destroy all enemy team vehicles within the established timeframe.

2.2.2. Player—a member of a Team, including the Captain, who is registered to participate in the Tournament.

2.2.3. Captain or Team Captain—a player who admits Players to the Team and is entitled to represent the interests of the entire Team before the Organizer at the Tournament.

2.2.4. Team—a group of Players led by the Captain in the size determined by the Rules, admitted to participate in the Tournament.

2.2.5. Matcha series of one or more Battles, depending on the stage of the Tournament, the results of which determine the winner of the completed series of Battles or the Battle.

2.2.6. Respawna place on the game map, where the Player's Team tanks are located at the beginning of the Battle.

2.2.7. Roster—the totality of the game assets used in Battle, pre-announced before the Match.

2.2.8. Match Setup—the lineup of vehicles used by the Team in the Match.

2.2.10.Team Slot—a place on the Team that the Player can take.

2.2.11.Referee or Match Referee—a person appointed by the Tournament Organizer, who monitors the Players’ compliance with the Rules during the Tournament.

3. Scope of the Rules

3.1. These Rules establish a uniform procedure for the Tournament on mobile devices and tablets to be held using the "World of Tanks Blitz" game client and equally apply to all Players in the Tournament.

3.2. By participating in this Tournament, each Player confirms that they accept and fully agree with the terms of these Rules, and also undertakes to observe them throughout the Tournament. In the event that a Player does not agree with the Rules or changes made to them, this Player shall not participate or terminate their participation in the Tournament.

3.3. Should any item of these Rules be declared invalid, the remaining items of the Rules shall remain in force.

4. Amendments

4.1. The Tournament Organizer reserves the right to amend and update the Rules at any time. By continuing to participate in the Tournament after receiving notice of amendments in the terms of the Terms, you shall thereby undertake to oblige by the amendments. Such amendments are valid and applicable to your participation in the Tournament starting from the day of the start of the Tournament.

5. Requirements for Players and Teams

5.1. The Captain has the right to admit the Team Players both for the starting lineup and backup. The number of starting and backup Players on the Team must comply with the requirements of these Rules.

5.2. The Team shall retain the same name throughout the Tournament and is not entitled to change it. The name of the Team must comply with the requirements of the Rules and, in particular, the License Agreement. The Organizer has the right to change the name of the Team if it does not meet such requirements.

5.3. Only players admitted to the Team by the Captain may compete in the Tournament, contingent on compliance with the following requirements:

  • Team Players must be from the same clan in one of the Gaming Regions. One clan can nominate an unlimited number of Teams.
  • The Player can be a member of only one Team participating in the Tournament.
  • The Player must be registered in the Game in one of the Gaming Regions and use this same Game account for the Tournament.
  • The Player must be a resident of one of the countries bound to the respective Gaming Regions where the Game accounts of the Players are registered. Given below is the country and Gaming Region classification

  • Teams made of Players residing in countries bound to different Gaming Regions may not participate.
  • The Player may not participate in the Tournament using several game accounts.
  • The Player is not related, directly or indirectly, to the Tournament Organization (e.g., but not limited to, being an employee of the Organizer, an employee of the Organizer’s affiliate, close relative of an employee of the Organizer or an employee of the Organizer’s affiliate).
  • The Player's nickname must be the same throughout the Tournament.

5.4.Persons who have reached the lawful age in the country of their residence are entitled to take part in the Tournament.If a person is under age, this person is entitled to participate in the Tournament only under the condition that the parents or guardians of such person consent to their participation in the Tournament under the conditions established by these Rules.Persons under the age of 16 may not participate in the Tournament under any circumstances.

5.5. The Organizer is entitled at any time to request the Player provide proof of compliance with the requirements specified in the Rules, including but not limited to the consent of the parents or guardians of the Player to their participation in the Tournament.

5.6. In case of failure of a person wishing to participate in the Tournament to present the proof specified in clause 5.5. of the Rules, or in case of a Player previously allowed to participate in the Tournament without presenting such proof, or in case of revealing incompliance of the Player with the requirements specified in these Rules, the Organizer has the right to bar such person from participating in the Tournament or to disqualify such Player and exclude the results of the Team of such Player from tabulation of the Tournament results.

6. Prize Fund

6.1.The prize fund of each stage of the Tournament is determined by the Rules.

6.2.In the capacity of the prize, Team players shall be credited with in-game values, as determined by the Organizer in these Rules. The total prize size for the Team specified in the Rules is distributed among the declared starting and backup Team Players in equal parts.

6.3.The prize shall be awarded by the Organizer no later than seven working days from the date of announcement of the results of the Online stage (First Group Stage, Second Group Stage, Online Finals), which shall be announced in the Game client in the "Table" tab within 24 hours after the completion of the corresponding tour of the Online stage of the Tournament.

6.4. The procedure for awarding the prize for the Offline stage of the Tournament is detailed in clause 11.26 of these Rules.

6.5. The Tournament provides for the winners of the Tournament to receive prizes contingent upon compliance with the conditions and requirements specified in these Rules, as well as compliance with any rules and provisions of the applicable law.

7. Player Information

7.1. The Player understands and agrees that any information that the Player provides within the Tournament, including, without limitation, the nickname, age, country of residence, e-mail address or payment details ("Player Information"), is required and will be used by the Organizer for the purposes of the Player's participation in the Tournament, including, without limitation, to determine the eligibility of the Player to participate in the Tournament, to award prizes should the Player become a winner of the Tournament, and for other purposes if required to comply with the Rules, subject to consent of the Player. The Player agrees that Player Information may be disclosed to third parties, who may be located in any country of the world, if such disclosure is required by applicable law or to comply with the Rules. The Player undertakes not to provide the Organizer with information about themselves and third parties unless specifically requested by the Organizer. Any Player Information provided however other than in response to the corresponding request will be deleted automatically.

7.2. The Player is fully responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in the framework of participation in the Tournament. The Organizer has the right to disqualify any Player in case of the latter providing incorrect or incomplete information. The Organizer is not responsible for the failure to perform the obligation to award the prize to the Player in the event of the Player providing incorrect or incomplete data.

8. Tax Liabilities

8.1. A Player receiving a prize in the Tournament shall bear the obligation to pay any taxes and fees associated with winning the Tournament, if such requirement is established by applicable law.

9. Player Conduct

9.1. Players of the Teams must comply with the following rules of conduct:

9.1.1. Insults and actions that damage reputation. No insults in any form towards the Players, Teams, Tournament Organizer and its employees are allowed. Players of the Tournament shall not allow actions that could damage the reputation of the Tournament, Players and Teams, the Organizer, and other persons and organizations associated with the Tournament.

9.1.2. Spam. It is forbidden to post excessive meaningless or aggressive messages in the game chat, on the Game Forum, in personal correspondence with the Organizer and other places.

9.1.3. Unsportsmanship. Players must observe the principles of fair play and the sportsmanship of the competition. Any actions of the Player that do not comply with this principle shall be treated as unsportsmanlike by the Organizer.

9.1.4. Breach of the game rules. There shall be no breach of the Game Rules and other rules of the License Agreement:

9.1.5. Fraud. It is prohibited to intentionally mislead the Tournament Organizer or other Players using knowingly false information.

9.1.6. Using a third-party account. It is forbidden to participate in the Tournament using a gaming account registered to another user.

9.1.7. Hacking/cheating. Any modification of the Game client during the Tournament with the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage is prohibited.

9.1.8. Collusion. Any arrangements between Players and/or Teams for the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage are prohibited. Collusion shall include, but is not limited to, the following cases:

  • Arranging an agreement or any form of negotiations on the outcome or score of the Match.
  • A deliberately passive play for the purpose of achieving the desired outcome of the Match or deliberate sabotage of the Team's actions for the purpose of achieving the desired outcome of the Match.
  • Transfer of account/accounts to third parties with the purpose of gaining an advantage.

9.1.9. Bugs/game issues. It is forbidden to intentionally use any errors (bugs) or failures of the Game with the purpose of gaining a gaming advantage.

9.1.10. Prohibited technical means. While participating in the Tournament, the use of technical means or software in the game process is prohibited, with the exception of those expressly permitted by the Organizer according to the License Agreement.

9.2. Disqualification

9.2.1. The assessment of the breaches specified in clause 9.1. of these Rules shall be done by the Tournament Organizer.

9.2.2. The Tournament Organizer has the right to disqualify any Player or Team for breaching these Rules.

9.2.3. Any results of the Team achieved in connection with the breach of the Rules of Conduct specified in Clause 9.1. by the Player(s), will not be recognized/accepted by the Organizer for the purpose of determining the winner of the Tournament.

9.2.4. Disqualification can be enforced at any time, even if the breach was discovered much later than the very act of breaching the Rules.

9.2.5. Disqualification can apply to both the particular Player and the whole Team, even if the breach was committed by one Team Player.

10. Tournament Procedure: Group and Qualification Stages

10.1.Registration and main parameters of the First Group tour, Second Group tour and the Online Finals of the Online stage of the Tournament:

To participate in and register for the Online Stage of the Tournament, each Player on the Team must receive a "Ticket to the Grand Championship Tournament", which is awarded in the "Golden Series IX-X" tournaments.

Registration for the Online Stage is done in the Game client.

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): from September 13, 18:00 (UTC +3) to September 16, 18:00 (UTC +3)
  • Gaming Region EU (Europe): from September 18, 18:00 (UTC +2) to September 21, 18:00 (UTC +2).
  • Gaming Region NA (North America): from September 23, 08:00 (UTC -7/PT) to September 26, 08:00 (UTC -7/PT).
  • Gaming Region ASIA (Asia): from September 28, 23:00 (UTC +8) to October 1, 23:00 (UTC +8).

Maximum number of Teams:

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): 160 Teams
  • Gaming Regions EU (Europe), NA (North America), ASIA (Asia): 64 Teams in each Gaming Region

By the decision of the Organizer, registration in the Gaming Regions EU (Europe), NA (North America), and ASIA (Asia) may be extended, notwithstanding the Teams number limit specified in these Rules being reached. In the case of such extension, no more than 160 Teams shall be admitted to registration.

Only Teams consisting of 7 starting Players, as well as 3 backup players (at the discretion of the Team) shall be admitted to registration. A minimum of 5 Team Players may enter the battle.

*NB: the Offline stage of the Tournament will only admit 7 Team Players.

After registration is closed, the Organizer will announce the list of participating Teams, as well as announce the starting time of the matches.Selected Teams will be registered for participation in the Tournament by the Organizer.

10.2.Basic Parameters and Requirements:

The timeframe and the starting time of Matches:

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): from September 17 to September 21. Start of matches: September 17, 20:00 (UTC +3).
  • Gaming Region EU (Europe): from September 22 to September 26. Start of matches: September 22, 19:00 (UTC +2).
  • Gaming Region NA (North America): September 27 to October 1. Start of matches: 19:00 (UTC -7).
  • Gaming Region ASIA (Asia): October 2 to October 6. Start of matches: 19:00 (UTC +8).

The Online stage format

  • Vehicle tier: X
  • Duration of battle: 7 minutes.
  • Control mode: touch.
  • Mode: Supremacy.
  • Venue: automatic tournament system.
  • Timeout between battles: 2 minutes.

10.3. Maps and Schedule of Matches

First Group tour

The tour can be cancelled or rescheduled if the number of Teams registered before the registration closure is significantly less than required for making up a fair bracket for the First Group tour.

Start of Matches

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): September 17, 20:00 (UTC +3);
  • Gaming Region EU (Europe): September 22, 19:00 (UTC +2);
  • Gaming Region NA (North America): September 27, 19:00 (UTC-7);
  • ASIA Gaming Region (Asia): October 2, 19:00 (UTC +8)

Single Elimination (play-off). Bo3 (best of three). The Teams compete within their group, consisting of a maximum of 16 Teams. After two defeats in the Match, the Team retires from the Tournament. The Teams that rank 1st and 2nd in their group proceed to the next tour.

Two battles are held on the same map with the Respawn swapped after the first battle,then themapis changed. The maps are played in the following sequence:

  • ⅛: Middleburg, Castilla
  • ¼: Fort Despair, Himmelsdorf
  • ½: Castilla, Winter Malinovka
  • Finals: Canal, Desert Sands.

Second Group tour

Start of Matches

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): September 18, 20:00 (UTC +3);
  • Gaming Region EU (Europe):  September 23, 19:00 (UTC +2);
  • Gaming Region NA (North America): September 28, 19:00 (UTC-7);
  • ASIA Gaming Region (Asia): October 3, 19:00 (UTC +8)

Round robin (group), Bo1 (best of one). Each Team plays against each Team within its group, consisting of a maximum of 5 Teams for the Gaming Region RU (Russia); and consisting of a maximum of 4 Teams for the Gaming Regions NA (North America), EU (Europe), and ASIA (Asia)

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): Teams that rank 1st in their group advance to the next tour.
  • Gaming Regions NA (North America), EU (Europe), ASIA (Asia): Teams that rank 1st and 2nd in their group advance to the next tour.

Maps of the stage:

  • Canyon
  • Middleburg
  • Canal
  • Himmelsdorf

If the 1st place in the group during the Second Group tour is contested by more than one Team, then on the third day the contesting Teams will have a tie-break in the training room in a Single Elimination, Bo1 format. The tie-break winning Team shall proceed to the next stage. The exact time of the start of the tie-break and the maps to be played will be announced by the Organizer after the end of the Second group tour to the Team Captains via a Personal message in the forum of the Gaming Region where the Team plays. The map for the tie-break will be selected by the Organizer. In the case of a no-show by one of the Teams for the tie-break match, this will be considered a forfeit defeat. In the case of a no-show by both Teams for the tie-break match—both Teams shall be eliminated from the Tournament 

Online Finals

8 Teams shall take part in the tour, of which: 4 Teams progressing from the Second group tour and 4 Teams from the 4 best clans (1 Team from each clan) from the Hall of Fame in the "Tournaments IX-X" category (the 4 best clans will be determined on September 13, 2017, at the end of the "Twister" season)

Start of Matches

  • Gaming Region RU (Russia): September 20-21, 20:00 (UTC +3);
  • Gaming Region EU (Europe): September 25-26, 19:00 (UTC +2);
  • Gaming Region NA (North America): September 30-October 1, 19:00 (UTC-7);
  • ASIA Gaming Region (Asia): October 5-6, 19:00 (UTC +8)

Double Elimination, Bo5 (best of five) / Final Match—Bo7 (best of seven). Teams start their battles in the Upper bracket. A Team losing a Match in the Upper bracket moves into the Lower bracket. A Team losing in the Lower bracket is eliminated from the Tournament. The Final Match of the Online Finals (Grand Final) will see the winners of the Upper and Lower brackets coming together. The Team winning the Final match of the Online Finals (Grand Final) will be invited to the Offline stage of the Tournament to be held on November 11, 2017 in Minsk.

Upper bracket

  • Round 1: Castilla, Canyon, Himmelsdorf
  • Round 2: Middleburg, Canal, Vineyards
  • Round 3: Fort Despair, Winter Malinovka, Canyon

Lower bracket

  • Round 1: Middleburg, Canal, Vineyards
  • Round 2: Fort Despair, Winter Malinovka, Canyon
  • Round 3: Desert Sands, Castilla, Himmelsdorf
  • Round 4: Canyon, Dead Rail, Middleburg

10.4. Prize Fund for the Online Stage of the Tournament

First Group Tour

Each Team Player participating in the Online Stage gets a Commemorative medal "Participant of Blitz Twister Cup Preliminaries".

  • place in each group: 600,000 credits for each Player on the Team.
  • II place in each group:400,000 credits for each Player on the Team.
  • III and IV places in each group:500,000 credits, 5 special Combat XP boosters, 5 special Crew XP boosters for each Player.
  • V-VIII places in each group:200,000 credits, 5 special Combat XP boosters, 5 special Crew XP boosters for each Player.
  • IX-XVI places in each group:5 special Combat XP boosters, 5 special Crew XP boosters for each Player

Second Group Tour

  • Each Team Player participating in the tour gets a Commemorative medal "Participant of Blitz Twister Cup Preliminaries" (not reissued, if obtained during the previous tour).
  • place in each group: 3,000 gold, 8,000,000 credits for each Player on the Team.
  • II place in each group:2,200 gold, 5,000,000 credits for each Player on the Team.
  • III place in each group:1,800 gold, 4,000,000 credits for each Player on the Team.
  • IV-V places in each group:1,500 gold, 2,500,000 credits for each Player on the Team 

Online Finals

Each Team Player participating in the tour gets a Commemorative medal "Participant of Blitz Twister Cup Online Finals" (not reissued, if obtained during one of the previous tours).

  • place: the right to participate in the Offline stage of the Tournament, also 5,000 gold, 8,000,000 credits, 20 special Combat XP, Crew XP, and Free XP boosters, 15,000 Spare Parts for each Player on the Team.
  • II place: 4,200 gold, 5,000,000 credits, 15 special Combat XP, Crew XP, and Free XP boosters, 7,000 Spare Parts for each Player on the Team
  • III place: 3,800 gold, 4,000,000 credits, 10 special Combat XP, Crew XP, and Free XP boosters, 3,000 Spare Parts for each Player on the Team
  • IV place: 3,500 gold, 2,500,000 credits, 5 special Combat XP, Crew XP, and Free XP boosters, 3,000 Spare Parts for each Player on the Team.
  • V-VIII places: 3,200 gold, 1,500,000 credits, 5 special Combat XP, Crew XP, and Free XP boosters, 1,500 Spare Parts for each Player on the Team.

10.5. Match Settings

10.5.1.For Supremacy mode, the time to capture the base depends on the number of vehicles in the base capture circle (but the maximum number of vehicles affecting the capture is 3) and is set at 15 seconds for all maps.Two vehicles capture the base twice as fast, three vehicles—three times as fast.

10.5.2.Platform: automatic battles system.

10.6. Determining the Winning Team for a Tie in Supremacy Mode

10.6.1. If the time is up, and the base was not captured, the winner of the Battle is determined as follows:

  • The winning Team shall be the one that at the time of completion of the Battle had scored more points;
  • If the scores of the Teams are the same, the winner is determined by most damage inflicted.

10.7. Requirements for Rosters

10.7.1. Teams may consist of tanks of different nations.

10.7.2. The use of premium shells and consumables is allowed.

10.7.3. All Tier X vehicles are eligible.

10.7.4. Team members: 7 Players in the starting lineup, up to 3 backup Players. A minimum of 5 Players and a maximum of 7 Players may enter the battle. If the composition of the Team entering the Battle room is incomplete, and no backup Player can take a place in the starting lineup by the start of the Match, the Team shall battle as is. If the minimum lineup of the Team is not present to battle at the designated time, the Team shall forfeit. The Battle shall not be rescheduled if the Team for some reason cannot fight in the designated Battle.

10.7.5. Control mode: touch.

10.8. Match Streaming

10.8.1. The referee reserves the right to add, for any Matches, spectators to one or both Teams for the purpose of streaming the Match.

10.8.2. Streamers are chosen by the Organizer and at their decision may leave the composition of their clan for the Tournament.

10.8.3. Streamers automatically take a place on the Team.

10.8.4. Streamers have the right to notify the Referees of the Tournament of controversial situations during preparation and Battle.

10.8.5. Streaming delay is about 2 minutes.

10.9. Game Server

  • RU Server (Gaming Region Russia), (UTC +3)
  • EU server (Gaming Region Europe), (UTC +2).
  • NA Server (Gaming Region North America), (UTC -7).
  • ASIA Server (Gaming Region Asia), (UTC +8).

10.10. Rematch

10.10.1. In case of technical issues at the server, a rematch can be performed. A technical issue shall be the situation where all Teams were not given access to the room for the corresponding stage of the Tournament or the game server was not available for technical reasons.In the event of any other technical issue, the Organizer reserves the right to make a unilateral decision and shall notify the affected Team.

10.11. Dispute Resolution

10.11.1. All claims of breaches of Rules during the Online stage of the Tournament should be placed in the dedicated “Tournament discussion” section of the Game Forum. A complaint filed via a personal message on the Game Forum or via other communication channels will not be accepted.

10.11.2. Screenshots/videos concerning a possible violation can be submitted for consideration no later than 15 minutes after the end of the battle. Screenshots/videos posted later than 15 minutes after the end of the battle will not be accepted.

10.11.3. The Match Referee’s decision on the dispute shall be final.

10.11.4. A complaint concerning the same matter can only be filed once to the Tournament Organizers, with the exception of cases of newly discovered circumstances. A string of complaints (two or more) concerning the same issue may be treated as an attempt to gain an advantage and influence the decision of Tournament Organizers on a controversial issue, which is a violation of the rules of fair play, as determined in these Rules. There shall be no consideration of repeated complaints concerning the same matter.

10.12. Accounts

10.12.1. All Matches of the First Group Tour, Second Group Tour, and Online Finals shall be played using the personal game accounts of the Players.

10.12.2. It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Transfer one’s account to another Player, including the transfer of the login and password of the account
  • Sell accounts
  • Transfer accounts to third parties
  • Take part in Battles using third-party accounts

10.12.3. In case of violation of these account-related Rules by at least one Player of the Team, the whole Team will be excluded from further participation in the Tournament.

11. Tournament Procedure: Offline Stage

The offline stage of the Tournament is held on the "Double Elimination" system. Teams start their battles in the Upper bracket. A Team losing a Match in the Upper bracket moves into the Lower bracket. A Team losing in the Lower bracket is eliminated from the Tournament. The Final Match of the Offline Finals (Grand Final) will see the winners of the Upper and Lower brackets coming together. The Team winning the Final match of the Offline Finals (Grand Final) become a winner of offline stage «Blitz Twister Cup» tournament.

11.1. Team Requirements

11.1.1. The Team shall consist of at least 7 Players from the starting lineup. Backup Players are not allowed to participate in the Offline stage of the Tournament. The Team consisting of less than 7 Players shall not be allowed to participate in the Tournament.

11.2.     Match Settings

11.2.1. Team composition: 7 people.

11.2.2. Battle time: 7 minutes.

11.2.3. Battle mode: Supremacy.

11.2.4. Timeout between battles: 2 minutes.

11.2.5. For Supremacy mode, the time to capture the base depends on the number of vehicles in the base capture circle (but the maximum number of vehicles affecting the capture is 3) and is set at 15 seconds for all maps.Two vehicles capture the base twice as fast, three vehicles—three times as fast.

11.2.6. Platform: training room.

11.2.7. The game room will be set up in advance, before the Teams go on stage. All Players in the Match should go to the training room pre-created by the Match Referee, before going on stage. The room name and password will be provided to the Teams before the Match.

11.2.8. The time period given to the Teams to prepare for the Match and to draw maps, from the Team going on stage and to the start of the first Battle shall be 10 (ten) minutes.

11.2.9.The time period given to the Teams to leave the stage after the end of the Match and to prepare for the next Match shall be 5 (five) minutes.

11.3. Maps

The following maps are available for the draw between the Teams to determine the maps for the Battles:

  1. Middleburg
  2. Castilla
  3. Fort Despair
  4. Himmelsdorf
  5. Canal
  6. Desert Sands
  7. Canyon
  8. Winter Malinovka
  9. Dead Rail
  10. Vineyards
  11. Port Bay
  12. Rockfield
  13. Black Goldville
  14. Mayan Ruins

All maps from the list can only be played in Supremacy mode.

11.4. Devices

11.4.1. The Offline stage of the Tournament allows participation only using personal mobile devices included in the list of those supported by the Game system requirements. If the Player has no personal device, or it may not be used for playing for technical reasons, the Organizer may provide the Player with a spare device chosen by the Organizers from among those supported by the Game. After the Match, the device provided by the Organizer must be left on the stage.

11.4.2. Control mode: Touch.

11.5. Rematch

11.5.1. In case of technical issues, a rematch can be arranged. A technical issue shall be the situation where a server crashed, there are technical problems with streaming, or technical difficulties related to the technical side of the Tournament. The decision to replay shall be made by the Match Referee.

11.6. Dispute Resolution

11.6.1. In the case of complaints of breach of the Rules, a Match Referee should be notified of the fact of violation.

11.6.2. Decisions on controversial situations shall be made by Match Referees only. The Referee shall notify the Team Captains or Managers on the dispute resolution.

11.6.3. The Match Referee’s decision on the dispute shall be final.

11.7. Travel and Accommodation

11.7.1. The Organizer or the third party engaged by the Tournament Organizer for the organization of the Offline stage of the Tournament shall organize the travel and accommodation of Team Players qualifying for the Offline stage and covers the following expenses for 7 (seven) Team Players:

  • flight or train fare from the nearest airport/railway station to the host city (the mode of transport for each Team shall be determined by the Organizer)
  • shuttle from the airport/railway station to the host city (the mode of transport for each Team shall be determined by the Organizer)
  • hotel in the host city (breakfast included)
  • 1 meal during the day (not including breakfast)
  • full board for the day of the event
  • transfer from the hotel to the venue and back in the host city, if the hotel is not within walking distance from the venue of the Offline stage
  • transfer from hotel to the airport/railway station of the host city
  • flight or train fare from the airport/railway station of the host city to the point of departure (the mode of transport for each Team shall be determined by the Organizer).

11.7.2. TheTournament Organizer or the third party engaged by the Tournament Organizer for the organization of the Offline stage of the Tournament shall not cover any additional costs incurred by the Players while traveling, unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

11.7.3. All Players should be respectful and keep hotels and vehicles clean. They shall themselves cover any additional costs (such as, minibar, room service, damage to the room, etc.)

11.7.4. TheTournament Organizer or the third party engaged by the Tournament Organizer for the organization of the Offline stage of the Tournament shall not cover any costs associated with being late for the flight, transfer shuttle, or the shuttle to the venue.

11.8. Schedule

11.8.1. A detailed schedule will be communicated by the Organizer to the Team Captains on the day of arrival at the Offline stage in advance.

11.9. Interview Questions

11.9.1. Teams shall answer the interview questions asked by the Tournament Organizers or other partner companies, but may, at their will, refuse to give interviews to third parties.

11.10. Proper Conduct

11.10.1. Players shall demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with the local residents, staff and the Organizer, including, but not limited to, members of other Teams.

11.10.2. The Tournament Organizer reserves the right to disqualify Players behaving inappropriately or aggressively, including the actions of other members in the Player’s clan, regardless of whether they are members of the Team.

11.11. Acting Under Influence During the Offline Stage

11.11.1. Consumption of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products is prohibited on the site of the Offline stage. Using stimulating substances is prohibited. The Organizer shall not be held liable for the consumption of such substances by the Players. In case of the abovementioned violation being revealed, the Organizer is entitled to disqualify the Player and their Team from the Tournament.

11.12. Clothing

11.12.1. Players shall wear Team/Organization uniforms or any other suitable and presentable clothes. Participants should take into account possible cultural/religious/ethical/historical/ideological peculiarities of the country of the Offline stage. In addition, participants are not permitted to wear clothing that advertises any other games or tournaments. The Organizer may allow unique garments/accessories with the Team/Organization logo to be worn.

11.12.2. The issues withclothing not complying with these Rules shall be handled on a case-by-case basis. Should a Team wish to wear such clothes, it must submit a written request by e-mail to the Tournament Organizer prior to the Offline stage and obtain a positive response.

11.13. Streaming to Websites

11.13.1. It is forbidden to use the equipment of the Offline stage of the Tournament for viewing and/or streaming using any non-approved means.

11.14. Hardware

11.14.1. Personal hardware

  • To maximize their performance, the Players shall take with them their personal devices for the Offline stage Matches of the Tournament.
  • Bringing additional hardware to the Tournament Offline stage is not allowed. All additional electronic devices will be collected by a designated representative of the Tournament Organizer—an Offline stage Referee or an Administrator (appointed before the stage)—at the beginning of preparation for theMatch, and will be handed back only upon completion of the Match.
  • The Tournament Organizer reserves the right to request the Players to provide their personal mobile devices before the Offline stage of the Tournament for the purpose of adjusting the settings before the Tournament. Upon completion of the Offline stage of the Tournament the device will be handed back to Team Players.

11.14.2. In the case of the unreliability of the hardware, a Team Player may ask for a device to participate in the Offline stage of the Tournament no later than October 10, 2017. Players failing to inform about their wishes within the said timeframe will not be guaranteed peripherals and other equipment at the venue of the Offline stage of the Tournament.

11.14.3. Tournamenthardware is the property of the Tournament Organizers or their respective partners, and even if provided for the purposes of the Team's participation in the Tournament, the Players shall return them in the condition as provided.

11.15. Noise-Cancelling Headphones

11.15.1. For the duration of the Match held on stage, all players will receive noise-cancelling headphones. Headphones should not be removed while playing on stage, unless requested by a representative of the Tournament Organizer.

11.16. Team Representative/Captain

11.16.1. A special TeamRepresentative/Captain shall be appointed before the Offline stage of the Tournament, so that Tournament Organizers can communicate with them and address any issues related to the Offline stage of the Tournament.

The appointed Team Representative/Captain is responsible for organizing the work and managing the conduct of the Team at this stage of the Tournament.

The appointed Team Representative/Captain shall be a member of the Team of 7 (seven) Players and shall speak English.

11.17. Tournament Software

11.17.1. Each device for the Offline stage of the Tournament shall contain all the necessary software required for participation, including:

  • Updated Game client.
  • Software for voice communication (e.g. TeamSpeak). TeamSpeak channel and Team rooms will be set up in advance by the representatives of the Organizer of the Tournament. Once such rooms are set up, the data will be transferred to the captains of the participating Teams.

11.17.2. All the necessary software must be installed on the devices at least one day before the start of the Offline stage of the Tournament.

11.17.3. Installing any additional software is prohibited, except the basic programs necessary for participation.

11.17.4. Installation of any changes to the game client is prohibited. Only game mods installed by Tournament Organizers may be used.

11.18. Stage Area

11.18.1. If any person on the stage needs to leave the stage for any period of time, they shall inform the representative of the Tournament Organizer responsible for the stage at the time of their exit, regardless of the reasons for such exit. This representative will be appointed by the Tournament Organizers before the start of the first Match on the stage.

11.18.2. The stage area shall be off limits for any person other than the currently active Players, representatives of Tournament Organizers and other designated persons. Non-crucial Team members or persons associated with the playing Team shall not be admitted on stage, neither during the Battle, nor in between Battles until the Match is over.

11.19. Table/Gaming Area

11.19.1. Each Player is responsible for the table/gaming area. All clothing items, bags and other items should be removed from the stage (can be put under the table).

11.19.2. It is forbidden to eat on stage. Drinks can be kept under the table (in special cases, drinks may be allowed on the table).

11.19.3. The player shall leave their zone on the stage neat and clean.

11.20. Additional Provisions

11.20.1. Scheme for the Offline Stage of the Tournament

11.20.2. TheOffline stage of the Tournament shall involve Teams that ranked 1st at the Online stage, one Team from each Gaming Region.

11.20.3. Thewinner of the Offline stage shall be the first Team to secure 4 (four) victories in the series of up to 7 (seven) Battles. The winner of the Offline stage shall be considered the winner of the Tournament.

11.20.4. TheTournament Organizer reserves the right to request, at any time, any of the Teams to present scans of the documents required for participation in the Offline stage of the Tournament. In their absence, the Tournament Organizer has the right to withdraw a Player from the stage or replace them with one of the backup Players, if the Organizer manages to do so before the Players leave for the city hosting the Offline stage. If in case of such disqualification of a Player from the Teams fails to designate 7 (seven) Players for participation in the Offline stage, the Team's slot may be handed over to another Team, or the slot can be left empty in the Tournament bracket at the discretion of the Tournament Organizers.

11.20.5. All data requested by the Organizer from the finalist Teams, including the size range of the Team for the production of T-shirts for the Offline stage, should be submitted by October 10, 2017.

11.21. Accounts

11.21.1. Each player will receive an account for the final Match of the Offline stage provided by the Tournament Organizer. All accounts shall have a name specified by the Organizer.

11.21.2. Accounts may only be used for training Battles and if they were invited to the Battles by a Battle system under the special conditions. Should the account be used for any other purpose or in any other game mode, it will be deactivated. The contents of the account provided to the Player shall be strictly confidential and not be disclosed to the general public.

11.21.3. Rules on the Use of Accounts

  • Accounts are given to the Captain; the Captain shall be responsible for them.
  • Changing the password is prohibited.
  • The Captain is obliged to see to it that each individual Player receives only the data intended for them. The list of accounts shall not be available to all players of the Team.
  • Should a Player change the password, the Captain shall send a complaint to the Organizer. Verification will be performed, those at fault shall be punished.
  • Should the violation result from negligence of the Captain, they too can be punished.

11.21.4. In case of violation of the above provisions, the Team forfeits the right to further participate in the Tournament.

11.22. General Rules of Playing the Offline Stage

11.22.1. One Match consists of no more than 3 (three) Battles held on no more than two (2) maps. Thewinner of the Offline stage shall be the first Team to secure 4 (four) victories in the series of up to 7 (seven) Battles.

11.22.2. Map selection is done by draws.

  • The draw shall be conducted by a Representative of the Tournament Organizer.
  • Team Representatives (Captains) shall be in attendance.
  • The Players’ lineups for all maps and their roles shall be announced before the start of the Match.

11.22.3. Map selection after the draw is done in the following order for the best of three Battles, and for the Final match—similarly for the best of seven battles:

Winner of the draw (hereinafter, Team A) eliminates one (1) map. Loser of the draw (hereinafter, Team B) eliminates one (1) map. Winner of the draw chooses the 1st (first) map. The loser of the draw chooses the 2nd (second) map. The winner of the draw chooses the 3rd (third) map from of those remaining in the map package.

The same drawing principle shall be applied when choosing maps for the final match.

11.22.4. Teams, respectively, choose a role to start the game on the enemy map.

After the map drawing, the Team chooses the starting point on the map as follows:

  • Team B: chooses the starting point on the first map (Upper or Lower Respawn).
  • Team A: chooses the starting position on the second map (Upper or Lower Respawn).
  • Team B: chooses the starting point on the third map (Upper or Lower Respawn)

The same principle of choosing the starting point shall be applied during the final match.

11.23. Victory Conditions

11.23.1. To win the Match of 3 (three) Battles, a Team needs to win 2 (two) of 3 (three) Battles. If one of the Teams secures 2 (two) victories, the remaining Battle will not take place.

11.23.2. To win the Match of 7 (seven) Battles, a Team needs to win 4 (four) of 7 (seven) Battles. If one of the Teams secures 4 (four) victories, the remaining Battles will not take place.

11.23.3. Each Team in the Grand Final Match is entitled to request a timeout of no more than 5 (five) minutes, after which the Battles within the Match shall resumed. Each Team is entitled to request no more than 1 (one) timeout during all Battles of the Grand Final Match.

11.24. Determining the Winner in Case of a Tie

11.24.1. In the event of a tie at the end of the Battle, the winner is determined as follows:

  • The Battle’s victor shall be the Team that has the highest capture score at the end of the Battle (the scoring principle is described in paragraph 11.24.2).
  • If the number of points for both Teams is equal, the victor shall be the Team that inflicted the highest total damage in battle.
  • If the number of points and the total damage for both Teams is equal, the victor shall be the Team that at the end of the Battle has fewer destroyed vehicles.

11.24.2. In Supremacy mode, both Teams will start the battle with 300 (three hundred) points. Points can be earned by capturing and holding the bases on the map, as well as by destroying the enemy Team's vehicles. In case of destruction of the allied vehicles, the Team loses points.

11.24.3. The results of the Offline stage of the Tournament shall be published on the portals within 24 hours after the close of the Tournament.

11.25. Penalties

11.25.1. Should a Player violate one or more provisions of these Rules, they will be punished based on the gravity of the violation.

11.25.2. The Tournament Organizer shall use discretion to decide whether the violation affected the outcome of the Match, whether it doesn't count and must be repeated.

11.25.3. Sanctions will apply for the following:

11.25.3.1. Delays between Battles, outside of what is allowed by the Rules, through the fault of the Team or the Player.

11.25.3.2. Using game mods prohibited by the License Agreement or the Rules.

11.25.3.3. Failure or failures, on the part of the Captain or a Player, as follows:

  • Late appearance of the Team or any of its Players at the Match.
  • Refusal to grant access to the Team communication channel, removing a Representative of the Organizers from the communication channel before the end of the Match.
  • Refusal to provide or late provision of information required for the production of the necessary materials.
  • Changing the game nickname (the name of the player in Game, as stated in the registration form) by the Player during the Tournament.
  • Refusal of the Team or a Player from using the voice chat provided by the Match Referee.
  • Failure of Players or Teams to comply with the provisions from Regulation 9 of the current Rules ("Player Conduct").

11.26. The Prize Fund of the Tournament’s Offline Stage

  • I place: $ 15,000 for the Team.
  • II place: $ 8,500 for the Team.
  • III place: $ 4,000 for the Team.
  • IV place: $ 2,500 for the Team.

To receive prizes, the Team Captain will provide the bank details to be used to transfer the prize money. The Organizer also has the right to require the winner of the Tournament to submit to the Organizer a request issued by the winner for payment of the prize amount to the winner. In the event of the Team Captain’s failure to provide such or the request for payment within 15 banking days upon receiving the request from theOrganizer, the Organizer shall not be held liable for the failure to fulfill the provision on transferring the prize to the winner.

The Organizer shall fulfill its obligations to transfer the prize amount within 30 calendar days from the receipt of all necessary, valid and complete bank details from the Team Captain, as well as other requested documents, without which the payment cannot be made. The prize is paid in US dollars at the exchange rate as of the date of the close of the Tournament. The Participant shall provide bank details, which can be used by a bank to transfer the prize amount in US dollars to the winner. If the prize money is paid in a different currency, the exchange fee will be deducted from the prize amount. In the event of the payment being canceled, returned or the money cannot be credited to the bank account provided by the Team Captain for other reasons not related to the actions of the Organizer, the Team Captain shall bear full responsibility and incur all additional costs associated with the repeat payment. The obligations of the Organizer shall be deemed fulfilled from the moment the funds are debited from the Organizer's account.

The winner shall fulfill all the tax obligations provided for by applicable law related to the receipt of the money prize. If the applicable law charges the Organizer with the duties of the tax agent, the Organizer will withhold the amount of tax expenses from the prize amount and transfer the winner the remaining amount.

The Team Captain shall be fully responsible for the distribution of the prize among the Team members. The Organizer shall have no part in such distribution and shall bear no such responsibility. 

11.27. Permission to Use Image

11.27.1. The Player understands that during the Offline stage, photo and video recording may take place.

11.27.2. ThePlayer hereby authorizes the Organizer, without charging any extra fee, to use their image and statements for publication/reproduction/dissemination/communication to the public, so that any person can gain access to photos and videos from anywhere and at any time at their choice for the purpose of advertising and promotion of the Tournament and the Organizer.

The said right granted by the Player in accordance with this section may be transferred in part or completely by the Organizer to any other third party for use in advertising campaigns of the Organizer or such party.

11.27.2. The participant must not cover their face during the Offline stage.

11.28. Match Streaming

11.28.1. The Referee reserves the right to add, for any Matches, spectators to one or both Teams for the purpose of streaming the match. Teams’ refusal or hindrance for an observer to join the battle shall be punishable by disqualification.

11.28.2. Streamers are chosen by the Organizer and must not belong to a clan or must leave the composition of their clan by the start of the Tournament.

11.28.3. Streamers shall take a place on the Team themselves.

11.28.4. Streamers have the right to notify the Referees of the Tournament of controversial situations during preparation and battle.

11.28.5. Streaming delay is about 2 minutes.
