Hotfix for New Player Bug

If you're new to Blitz and began playing this week, you may have encountered a bug that prevented you from exiting the tutorial and entering regular battles. As of 07:00 PT (10:00 ET) January 15, we rolled out a hotfix patch that should fix this problem. Here's what you need to know:

  • If you did not use the tutorial, your account should be fine and no further action is needed.
  • If you did use the tutorial and you're still unable to play, please send in a support ticket using the link below so that we can fix your account and let you get back to battle!
